An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from R-2 to R-3 at Lot 8A, Block 6, Addendum #2 to Gassen Subdivision  (1215 & 1217 Gassen St.), Luling LA, as requested by John & Henri Sue Agnelly.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification for a change in zoning classification from R-2 to R-3 at Lot 8A, Block 6, Addendum #2 to Gassen Subdivision (1215 & 1217 Gassen St.), Luling LA as requested by John & Henri Sue Agnelly.
SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this zoning reclassification from R-2 to R-3 at Lot 8A, Block 6, Addendum #2 to Gassen Subdivision (1215 & 1217 Gassen St.), Luling LA as requested by John & Henri Sue Agnelly.
