Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Sergio & Juanita Cabrera - "The Golden Cacao" - ground and roasted cacao at 21 Wagon Train Lane, St. Rose La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Sergio & Juanita Cabrera would require Louisiana State licensing for ground and roasted cacao.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Sergio & Juanita Cabrera, 21 Wagon Train Lane, St. Rose, La. is for - "The Golden Cacao" - ground and roasted cacao is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Sergio & Juanita Cabrera a home occupation permit for ground and roasted cacao.
