Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of David R. Voisin - "Lawn Doctor of St. Charles-Westwego-Marrero" - a lawn healthcare business at 311 Balboa Drive, Luling La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of David R. Voisin would require Louisiana State licensing for a lawn healthcare business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by David R. Voisin, 311 Balboa Drive, Luling La. is for - "Lawn Doctor of St. Charles-Westwego-Marrero" - a lawn healthcare business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant David R. Voisin a home occupation permit for a lawn healthcare business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2007, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
