IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Quincy Lee Hymel is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Destrehan, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Danielle and Edward J. Hymel, III, and has four siblings, Taylor, Katie, Emily, and Noah; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on Sunday, August 4, 2019, Quincy was crowned the 24th Teen Queen at the 61st annual St. Charles Parish Festival Pageant held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in Norco; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Quincy will represent the parish at several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
