Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Hope Zeller for - "Hope's Horticulture Services" - grass cutting, weeding, landscape maintenance, mulching, planting and trimming at 702 Kinler Street, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Hope Zeller would require Louisiana State licensing for grass cutting, weeding, landscape maintenance, mulching, planting and trimming.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Hope Zeller, 702 Kinler Street, Luling is for - "Hope's Horticulture Services" - grass cutting, weeding, landscape maintenance, mulching, planting and trimming.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Hope Zeller a home occupation permit for grass cutting, weeding, landscape maintenance, mulching, planting and trimming.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
