RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Webb Jay to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District III Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Webb Jay on December 7, 2020; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Webb Jay
101 Madewood Drive, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District III Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 7, 2020 and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2024.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
