A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Manuel Dugas for resubdivision of Lot 3A of a resubdivision of Lot 149 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract as per plan of R.P. Bernard, PLS dated 11/10/86 into Lots 3-A-1 and 3-A-2 located in Section 48, T14S R20E at 115, 122, and 123 Dugas Ln, Des Allemands, by approving a waiver to the square foot requirements for an additional home on unsubdivided Lot 3-A-2 zoned R-1AM and to the hard-surface frontage requirement for Lots 3-A-1 and 3-A-2.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the minimum square foot requirements for an additional home on a lot zoned R-1AM and to hard-surface frontage requirement; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Manuel Dugas wish approval of resubdivision of Lot 3A of a resubdivision of Lot 149 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract as per plan of R.P. Bernard, PLS dated 11/10/86 into Lots 3-A-1 and 3-A-2 located in Section 48, T14S R20E at 115, 122, and 123 Dugas Ln, Des Allemands, by approving a waiver to the square foot requirements for an additional home on unsubdivided Lot 3-A-2 zoned R-1AM and to the hard-surface frontage requirement for Lots 3-A-1 and 3-A-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Manuel Dugas wish approval of resubdivision of Lot 3A of a resubdivision of Lot 149 of the Coteau de France or Ranson Tract as per plan of R.P.
