Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order One (1) for Parish Project No. P030704, East Bank Historical Lighting, to increase the contract amount by $25,481.44.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-4-3 adopted April 5, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the execution of a contract with All Star Electric for the installation of decorative lighting along River Road (LA 48) in the amount of $148,912.91; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. One (1) is necessary to add five (5) additional light fixtures to extend the decorative lighting to the Ormond Plantation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Administration is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. One (1) for the Parish Project No. P030704, East Bank Historical Lighting, to increase the contract amount by $25,481.44.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
