Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Airline Drive Land Company, LLC to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2006-01 for resubdivision of Parcel S-1A into Parcels S-1C, S-1D and S-1B-2, Fairview Plantation, Section 39, T12S R9E, St. Charles Parish, La. Zoning District M-1. Council District 5.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required minimum square feet and hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Airline Drive Land Company, LLC, wish to subdivide Parcel S1-A into Lots S-1C, S-1D, AND S1-B-2, Fairview Plantation, Section 39, T12S R9E, St. Charles Parish, La.; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners have requested a waiver from the required square footage and frontage for Lot S-1B-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution to Airline Drive Land Company, LLC, endorsing the Planning & Zoning Commission's approval of PZS-2006-01 for resubdivision of Parcel S-1A into Parcels S-1C, S-1D and S-1B-2, with waiver to the required minimum square footage and frontage on Parcel S-1B-2, Fairview Plantation, Section 39, T12S R9E, St. Charles Parish, La.
