Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lots 751 - 757, Sunset Drainage District into Lots A - Z, AA, and Remainder of Lots 751A - 757A, Sections 38 & 39, T14S-R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, and waiver to hard-surface frontage on Lots X, Y, and Z, as requested by Chevron USA, Inc.
Body
WHEREAS, Chevron USA, Inc. are the owners of Lots 751 - 757, Sunset Drainage District into Lots A - Z, AA, and Remainder of Lots 751A - 757A, Sections 38 & 39, T14S-R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana as indicated on a plat by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated February 13, 2006 and revised April 20, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide Lots 751 - 757, Sunset Drainage District into Lots A - Z, AA, and Remainder of Lots 751A - 757A, Sections 38 & 39, T14S-R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana with waiver to hard-surface frontage on Lots X, Y, and Z; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan otherwise meet the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated February 13, 2006 and revised April 20, 2006, for resubdivision of Lots 751 - 757, Sunset Drainage District into Lots A - Z, AA, turning areas at Ayo Lane and Wisner Road and Remainder of Lots 751A - 757A, Sections 38 & 39, T14S-R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, and the waiver to hard-surface frontage requirements on Lots X, Y, and Z, as requested by Chevron USA, Inc. is hereby approved and accepted.
