Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Jeffery Lemoine, Jr. - "Pintail Construction Services" - a commercial contractor at 205 Beau Place Boulevard, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Jeffery Lemoine, Jr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a commercial contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Jeffery Lemoine, Jr., 205 Beau Place Boulevard, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Pintail Construction Services" - a commercial contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Jeffery Lemoine, Jr. a home occupation permit for a commercial contractor.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
