Title
An ordinance to provide for the installation of 4-Way "Stop" signs at the intersection of Amelia Street and Amie Street in Destrehan.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15 Motor Vehicles and Traffic provides for the installation of traffic control signs; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to authorize the installation of 4-Way "STOP" signs at the intersection of Amelia Street and Amie Street in Destrehan.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That there are hereby established 4-Way "STOP" signs at the intersection of Amelia Street and Amie Street in Destrehan.
SECTION II. That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to erect and maintain said 4-Way "STOP" signs.
