Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Bobbie W. Williams - "Darrell's Snowball Stand" - a snowball stand at 107 Darrell Lane, Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Bobbie W. Williams would require Louisiana State licensing for a snowball stand.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Bobbie W. Williams, 107 Darrell Lane, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Darrell's Snowball Stand" - a snowball stand is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Bobbie W. Williams a home occupation permit for a snowball stand.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
