RESOLUTION NO. ________________
Title
A resolution requesting the Parish President to negotiate with the property owners of the Boat Launch located on the private road at the end of Highway 306 in Bayou Gauche for use as a public boat launch.
Body
WHEREAS, an additional Public Boat Launch is needed on the West Bank of St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, the aforementioned property is a privately owned boat launch in Bayou Gauche; and,
WHEREAS, the Parish Council requests the Parish President to negotiate with the owners for a lease agreement to operate a public boat launch in Bayou Gauche.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request the Parish President to negotiate with the property owners of the Boat Launch located on the private road at the end of Highway 306 in Bayou Gauche for use as a public boat launch.
