Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Gerard A. Borne, Sr. for "Southern Touch Enterprises" - a general contracting business at 419 West B Street, Norco, La.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Gerard A. Borne, Sr. would require a General Contractors License from the State of Louisiana.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Gerard A. Borne, Sr., 419 West B Street in Norco, La is for - "Southern Touch Enterprises" - a general contracting business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Gerard A. Borne, Sr. a home occupation permit for a general contracting business.
