Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to David Dodson to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2002-79, allowing a waiver from the requirement of hard-surface public street frontage. The property owner is hereby authorized to waive the requirement of 60 feet to 12 feet of hard-surface public street frontage for lot D-2, being a portion of the resubdivision of a parcel of land, located in Section 61, T13S, R21E, St. Charles Parish, LA. presented at the Planning Commission meeting of November 7, 2002, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2002-79.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the requirement of hard-surface public street frontage; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, David Dodson, wishes to subdivide a parcel into Lots D-1 and D-2 with the requirement of hard-surface public street frontage on lot D-2 reduced from 60 feet to 12 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the subdivision and a waiver to the required hard-surface public street frontage from 60-feet to 12 feet, as outlined in the Subdivision Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-2002-79.
