Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 and final for the Installation of the East Bank and West Bank Water Plant Shutters - HMGP #1603-089-0005 FEMA Project #0110 to increase the contract time by 293 calendar days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10-8-10 adopted August 23, 2010, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with W.L. Wyman Construction Inc. for the Installation of the East Bank and West Bank Water Plant Shutters - HMGP #1603-089-0005 FEMA Project #0110 in the amount of $178,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the contract time by 293 calendar days.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) and final for the Installation of the East Bank and West Bank Water Plant Shutters - HMGP #1603-089-0005 FEMA Project #0110 to increase the contract time by 293 calendar days is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
