Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of David Edwin Ehrmann - "Custom Aluminum Gutters" - a gutter installation service at 90 Melrose Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of David Edwin Ehrmann would require Louisiana State licensing for a gutter installation service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by David Edwin Ehrmann, 90 Melrose Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "Custom Aluminum Gutters" - a gutter installation service is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant David Edwin Ehrmann a home occupation permit for a gutter installation service.
