Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Ricky Bosco to the St. Charles Parish Hospital Service District Board of Commissioners.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Ricky Bosco on May 22, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Ricky Bosco 108 Acadia Lane, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective MAY 22, 2016 and shall expire MAY 22, 2022.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2016, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
