Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Ritchie Stanley endorsing the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2006-57 for a resubdivision of the remaining portion of a tract of land recited as being ¾ arpent wide (144') by 50 arpents deep into Lots A & B in Section 34, T13S R9E at Ama, St. Charles Parish, LA. per plan by Roland Bernard, PLS dated October 29, 2005, with a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 (as amended) require both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver from the geometric standard requiring all lots to possess frontage on a street or roadway; and,
WHEREAS, Ritchie Stanley wishes to subdivide a tract of land such that Lot B does not have frontage on a Parish street; and,
WHEREAS, Ritchie Stanley has requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for proposed Lot B in Section 34, T13S R9E at Ama, St. Charles Parish per plan by Roland Bernard, PLS dated October 29, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution to support the positive decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding PZS-2006-57 for resubdivision.
