ORDINANCE NO.
Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Boh Bros. Construction Company. for the construction of Project S020301 8" Sewer Force Main Extension in the amount of $39,880.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on July 19, 2002, for the 8" Sewer Force Main Extension Project; and,
WHEREAS, Professional Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc., Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Boh Bros. Construction Company in the amount of $39,880.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Boh Bros. Construction Company for the construction of the 8" Sewer Force Main Extension is hereby accepted in the amount of $39,880.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
