Title

A resolution providing mandatory support for the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district on Lot 9, Block L, Good Hope Subdivision, municipal address 332 Apple Street, Norco as requested by Bliss Davis.

Body

WHEREAS,                     Bliss Davis requests a special permit use to permit an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the St Charles Parish Department of Planning and Zoning recommended denial of the special permit use; and,

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission approved the special permit at its regular meeting on January 10, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit in an R-1A zoning district on Lot 9, Block L, Good Hope Subdivision, municipal address 332 Apple Street, Norco as requested by Bliss Davis.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
