Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kevin Baudoin - "Kevin's Tree Service" - tree trimming & removal at 128 Louis the First Street, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Kevin Baudoin would require Louisiana State licensing for tree trimming & removal.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Kevin Baudoin, 128 Louis the First Street, Luling, La. is for - "Kevin's Tree Service" - tree trimming & removal is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kevin Baudoin a home occupation permit for tree trimming & removal.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
