Title
An ordinance to amend the 2009 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to add revenues and expenditures to implement a Youth ROC youth development program through the Department of Community Services in the General Fund.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2009 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted November 17, 2008 by Ordinance No. 08-11-4; amended March 2, 2009 by Executive Order No. 09-1, March18, 2009 by Executive Order No. 09-2, February 16, 2009 by Ordinance No. 09-2-8, March 24, 2009 by Executive Order No. 09-3, May 20, 2009 by Executive Order No. 09-4, May 25, 2009 by Executive Order No. 09-5, June 1, 2009 by Ordinance No. 09-6-2, July 14, 2009 by Executive Order No. 09-6; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2009 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2009 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as "Exhibit A".

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
