Title

A resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of 2021-4-SPU for a barroom in an M-1 zoning district, Lot 16, Dufresne Business Park, 15 Dufresne Loop, Luling as requested by Brandon & June Zeringue.

Body

WHEREAS,                     Brandon & June Zeringue requested a special permit use for a barroom in an M-1 zoning district; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Department of Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the special permit use; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the special permit at its regular meeting on August 5, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for a barroom in an M-1 zoning district, Lot 16, Dufresne Business Park, 15 Dufresne Loop, Luling as requested by Brandon & June Zeringue.

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
