Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon Wesco Road, in Norco, Louisiana, said property serving no public use.
Body
WHEREAS, certain properties were laid out for use as a public street to be known as Wesco Road, within the Wesco Subdivision, in Norco, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, since the dedication, the property presently has no public use and/or benefit; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish Council desires to revoke said property as provided by law unto the present record owners of the adjacent property, reserving a twenty-five foot (25') drainage servitude along the west property line from the River Road to the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad tracks.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation of dedicated property by the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved subject to the twenty-five foot drainage servitude along the west property line from River Road to the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad tracks.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation.
