Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Christopher M. Naquin - "C & D Plumbing" - a plumbing business at 533 W. McAdoo Street, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Christopher M. Naquin would require Louisiana State licensing for a plumbing business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Christopher M. Naquin, 533 W. McAdoo Street, Destrehan La. is for - "C & D Plumbing" - a plumbing business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Christopher M. Naquin a home occupation permit for a plumbing business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
