Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision of Lots 79, 81, and 83 into Lots 79A, 79B, 81A, 81B, 81C, 83A, 83B, 83C and 83D of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France, Section 39, T14S-R20E. Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana with waiver to minimum square footage for Lot 83A and minimum hard-surface frontage on Lot 83B, as requested by Chevron USA, Inc.

WHEREAS, Chevron USA, Inc. are the owners of Lots 79, 81, and 83 of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France, Section 39, T14S-R20E. Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana as indicated on a plat by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated February 10, 2006 and revised March 6, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide Lots 79, 81, and 83 of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France into Lots 79A, 79B, 81A, 81B, 81C, 83A, 83B, 83C and 83D, Section 39, T14S-R20E. Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana with waiver minimum square footage for Lot 83A and minimum hard-surface frontage on Lot 83B; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision and development plan otherwise meet the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Morris P. Hebert, Inc., dated March 6, 2006 for resubdivision of Lots 79, 81, and 83 of the Ranson Subdivision of Coteau De France into Lots 79A, 79B, 81A, 81B, 81C, 83A, 83B, 83C and 83D, Section 39, T14S-R20E. Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana with waiver minimum square footage for Lot 83A and minimum hard-surface frontage on Lot 83B, as requested by Chevron USA, Inc. is hereby approved and accepted.
