Title

A resolution to appoint Ms. Betty Portera to the St. Charles Parish Hospital Service District Board of Commissioners.

Body

      WHEREAS:      There exists a vacancy on the    HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS       ; and,

      WHEREAS:      The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,

      BE IT RESOLVED, that  Ms. Betty Portera  112 St. Rose Avenue, St. Rose, LA  70087__ be appointed to the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS       ; and,

      BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of JUNE 5, 2001 and terminate    JUNE 5, 2007.
