Title
A resolution to amend the St. Charles Parish Council Expense Regulations to add a provision regarding Council vehicles.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION I. That the St. Charles Parish Council Expense Regulations shall be amended to include the following:
Vehicles.
Parish Owned/Leased Vehicle
A purchase requisition shall be submitted to the Council Office for the lease or purchase of a vehicle for Councilmembers. The amount of the lease or purchase shall not exceed the budget allocation.
Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs
Prior to incurring repair and maintenance expenses, a requisition must be secured.
Accidents
All accidents, major or minor, must be reported immediately to the Parish Risk Management Officer.
Vote
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
