IN   RECOGNITION
WHEREAS,      Faith Nicole Ryan is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in St. Rose, Louisiana with her parents Janel and Alan Ryan, Jr., and her siblings, Sean and Emma; and,
WHEREAS,      Faith is currently a Sophomore at Destrehan High School and plans to graduate with an honors diploma and attend Louisiana State University to pursue a career in Pediatric Physical Therapy; and,
WHEREAS,      Faith is a member of numerous organizations including the national award-winning Desty Darlings Dance Team, Beta Club, Student Council, and National Honor Society; and,
WHEREAS,      Faith enjoys dancing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends; and,
WHEREAS,      on Sunday, August 4, 2013, Faith was crowned the 18th Teen Queen at the 55th Annual St. Charles Parish Festival Pageant held at Sacred Heart of Jesus School in Norco, and also won the photogenic award; and,
WHEREAS,      Faith will represent the parish at several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
