IN   RECOGNITION

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlynn Elizabeth Miller is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana with her parents Jamie and Dennis Miller and her sister Karley; and,

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlynn is a Junior at Hahnville High School and has maintained a 4.0 GPA since her Freshman year.  She is also a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and is an active member of the Sports Medicine Program; and,

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlynn enjoys reading, writing, and being with friends and family as much as possible; and,

WHEREAS,                     on July 11, 2015, Kaitlynn was crowned Boutte River Region Lion’s Club Miss Queen III; and,

WHEREAS,                     Kaitlynn proudly represents the Boutte River Region Lion’s Club at fairs, festivals, charitable pageants, and events throughout the area.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
