IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Emma Therese Cazentre is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Destrehan, Louisiana with her parents Stephen and Vicky Cazentre and her brother Luke; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Emma was crowned Jr. Miss Queen at the 60th annual St. Charles Parish Festival pageant held Sunday, August 5, 2018, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in Norco.  She also received the People’s Choice award; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Emma will represent the parish at several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
