Bougere Estates Executor to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZR-2001-06, allowing a waiver on the requirement for subsurface drainage. The developer is hereby authorized to proceed with the plat as presented at the regular meeting of March 1, 2001, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2001-06.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required subsurface drainage and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner, Thelma L. Bougere Estates Executor, wishes to construct Evangeline Estates subdivision using open swale drainage design.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the subdivision development outlined in the Subdivision Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-2001-06.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the lots in this subdivision can never be allowed to be subdivided into smaller lots.
