Title
An Ordinance to amend the 2002 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to rollover funds for transactions that were bid, and accepted in 2001, but not completed. Incomplete transactions included the bus for Retired Senior Volunteer Program and the corresponding transfer from General Fund; the new copier from Data Processing for the second floor courthouse; the unused portion of beautification funding; and the culverts from Road & Drainage for the Mimosa Park drainage project.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2002 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 01-10-13 on October 18, 2001; and amended February 15, 2002 by Executive Order 02-1 and;
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2002 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2002 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as "Exhibit A".

The foregoing Ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the Ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ____________, 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
