IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Kyle Robert Monti is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, Kyle is a Member of Troop 371, chartered by Luling United Methodist Church; he started his Scouting career in Luling, Louisiana with Pack 371; and,
WHEREAS, Kyle has spent the last 10 years as an active Member of the Scouts spending the last 5 years preparing to become an EAGLE SCOUT; and,
WHEREAS, Kyle has earned his 12 required merit badges and 11 elective badges from a list of 128 badges and completed his Eagle Scout Service Project by planning, designing, and facilitating the clean-up of Luling United Methodist Church; and,
WHEREAS, Kyle earned these 23 badges by showing leadership ability as Patrol Leader, Den Chief, Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Patrol Leader, and Patrol Leader at the Boy Scouts Summer Camp in Florida; and,
WHEREAS, Kyle rose to the rank of EAGLE SCOUT in March 2004, and received his medal in a ceremony on June 2, 2004, at the Luling United Methodist Church.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
KYLE ROBERT MONTI
