Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P011002, Bar None East Subsurface, Phase I to balance contractual quantities with actual quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 03-3-8 adopted March 17, 2003 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Sealevel Construction, Inc. for the construction of Bar None East Subsurface, Phase I in the amount of $236,572.20; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 - Final is necessary to close out the construction contract with Sealevel Construction, Inc. for Parish Project No. P011002, Bar None East Subsurface, Phase I.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for Parish Project No. P011002, Bar None East Subsurface, Phase I, to reduce contract time by twelve (12) days and contract amount by fifty-five thousand four hundred fifty-two dollars and 28 cents ($55,452.28), is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
