Title
An ordinance to rescind Ordinance No. 07-11-8 which approved and authorized the execution of an Act of Sale by Elizabeth Pope wife of/and Casey M. Weber to St. Charles Parish for the property located at 102 Thomas Coby Drive, Lot 2, Ormond Plantation Estates, Section 1, Square No. 11, Destrehan, Louisiana.

WHEREAS, on November 5, 2007, Ordinance No. 07-11-8 was adopted providing for the Act of Sale by Elizabeth Pope wife of/and Casey M. Weber to St. Charles Parish for the property located at 102 Thomas Coby Drive, Lot 2, Ormond Plantation Estates, Section 1, Square No. 11, Destrehan, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, that said property was accepted into the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and as such requires certain terms and conditions be provided for within the Act of Sale; and,
WHEREAS, that said Act of Sale approved under Ordinance No. 07-11-8 did not include the mandatory terms and conditions required by said program; and,
WHEREAS, in order to avoid any confusion regarding this Ordinance it should be formally repealed by the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 07-11-8 be and the same is hereby repealed.
