Title
A resolution of the St. Charles Parish Council, being the governing authority of the Sunset Drainage District, requesting that the Council Secretary advertise a Sunset Drainage District meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at 6:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019, Monday, March 6, 2019, or any other available days prior to April 1, 2019 which the Council Secretary finds she is able to schedule, to discuss compliance or lack thereof with the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement and to get an update on the development of plans to address any areas of the Sunset Drainage District levee which have sank or may sink to below an acceptable elevation.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, being the governing authority of the Sunset Drainage District, requesting that the Council Secretary advertise a Sunset Drainage District meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at 6:00 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019, Monday, March 6, 2019, or any other available days prior to April 1, 2019 which the Council Secretary finds she is able to schedule, to discuss compliance or lack thereof with the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement and to get an update on the development of plans to address any areas of the Sunset Drainage District levee which have sank or may sink to below an acceptable elevation.
