Title

An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from C-2 to C-3 on 61,010 sq. ft., Lot A-1-A-1A, St. Charles Plaza, as requested by St. Charles Plaza Partners.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the property owner requests rezoning from C-2 to C-3 on 61,010 sq. ft., Lot A-1-A-1A, St. Charles Plaza, as requested by St. Charles Plaza Partners; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting of November 4, 2021.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     SECTION I.                     The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from C-2 to C-3 on 61,010 sq. ft., Lot A-1-A-1A, St. Charles Plaza, as requested by St. Charles Plaza Partners.

SECTION II.                     The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from C-2 to C-3 on 61,010 sq. ft., Lot A-1-A-1A, St. Charles Plaza, as requested by St. Charles Plaza Partners.

                     The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

 

 

 

 

                     And the ordinance was declared adopted this _____ day of ____________, 2021 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
