Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2002-65 to modify the construction approval and request a waiver for the street width from 27 feet to 22 feet for Riverbriar, Ph. II, as requested by Paul Murray Jr., Paul Murray III and Stacy Murray.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum street width; and,
WHEREAS, property owners, Paul Murray Jr., Paul Murray III and Stacy Murray wish to modify construction approval of Riverbriar Phase II; and,
WHEREAS, property owners, Paul Murray Jr., Paul Murray III and Stacy Murray request a waiver to the minimum street width from 27 feet to 22 feet for Riverbriar Ph. II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2002-65 to modify the construction approval and request a waiver for the street width from 27 feet to 22 feet for Riverbriar, Ph. II, as requested by Paul Murray Jr., Paul Murray III and Stacy Murray.
