A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Quartermen Inc CUP #P20091257 for a permit to clear two proposed site areas for construction of commercial storage buildings, displacing approximately 280 cu. yards of native material (trees only); approximately .26 acres of upland and .22 acres of wetland habitat may be impacted as a result of this proposed activity, at Site 1, Lots 1-3 and 48-50, and Site 2, Lots 16-22, East Harding Street and East Hoover Street, New Sarpy, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Quartermen Inc CUP #P20091257 for a permit to clear two proposed site areas for construction of commercial storage buildings, displacing approximately 280 cu. yards of native material (trees only); approximately .26 acres of upland and .22 acres of wetland habitat may be impacted as a result of this proposed activity, at Site 1, Lots 1-3 and 48-50, and Site 2, Lots 16-22, East Harding Street and East Hoover Street, New Sarpy, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Quartermen Inc their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
