Title
An ordinance approving an Act of Cash Sale, by Don I. Wallace and Dave Wallace, Jr. of Lots 84 and 86, Victoria Acres Subdivision, New Sarpy, Louisiana, St. Charles Parish.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish is in need of additional servitudes in order to facilitate sewer force mains leading to the new Wastewater Treatment Facility; and; and,
WHEREAS, Don I. Wallace and Dave Wallace, Jr. desire to sell to St. Charles Parish the property more fully described in Exhibit "A".
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: that the St. Charles Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Cash Sale attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A".

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
