Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Monte Arabie to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2002-23, allowing a waiver to the geometric standard from a 50 ft. right-of-way to 35 ft. The property owner is hereby authorized to vary the required geometric standard for right-of-way width from 50 ft. to 35 ft. resubdivision of a portion Lot 2 as per plan of E.M. Collier, PLS dated May 1949 and D.U.#3 as per plan dated May 23, 2000 into Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, Section 34, T13S R20E, Hahnville, St. Charles Parish, La.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to geometric standards; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Monte & Jeanne L. Arabie wish to subdivide Lot 2 and D.U. #3 into Lots 1, 2, 3,4, & 5, Section 34, T13S R20E, Hahnville, St. Charles Parish, La.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for resubdivision approval of Lot 2 and D.U. #3 into Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 with the waiver to the geometric standards for right-of-way width from 50 ft. to 35 ft., as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2002-23.
