Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 for Parish Project No. P081102-4 Dunleith Canal Stabilization - Phase 3 to increase the contract time by thirty (30) days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12-12-6 adopted December 3, 2012, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Advance Quality Construction, Inc. for Parish Project No. P081102-4 Dunleith Canal Stabilization - Phase 3; and,
WHEREAS, the increase in contract time is required to address the discrepancy between the issued for bid specifications and the executed Contract Documents and Notice to Proceed.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,
SECTION I. That Change Order No. 1 for Parish Project No. P081102-4 Dunleith Canal Stabilization - Phase 3 to increase the contract time by thirty (30) days is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish
