Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 4 for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, as part of the West Bank Hurricane Protection Levee Project, to decrease the contract amount by $2,332.60 with no change in the contract time.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15-8-5, adopted August 3, 2015, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, in the amount of $5,572,160.00; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16-9-2, adopted September 21, 2016, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order #1 to the contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, for an increased amount of $60,059.00 and an increase in contract time by forty three (43) days; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16-11-7, adopted November 28, 2016, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order #2 to the contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, for an increased amount of $32,895.00 and an increase in contract time by forty three (14) days; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17-11-3, adopted November 13, 2017, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of Change Order #3 to the contract with Sealevel Construction Inc. for the Willowridge Pump Station Project No. P080905-4A, Willowridge Levee - Phase II, State Project No.H.010102, for an increased amount of $37,664.60 and an increase in contract tim...
