ORDINANCE NO.
Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Parish Project No. S020101, Indefinite Delivery Type Wastewater Engineering Services Agreement with Hartman Engineering, Inc. for necessary Consulting Engineering Services.
Body
WHEREAS, the QBS Selection Board selected Hartman Engineering, Inc. on Monday, February 25, 2002 to provide the aforementioned services; and,
WHEREAS, this indefinite delivery type agreement will allow a quick response to pressing problems and issues for the wastewater system in St. Charles Parish.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Indefinite Delivery Type Wastewater Engineering Services Agreement between Hartman Engineering, Inc. and the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Engineering Services Agreement.
SECTION III. That the Administration shall inform the Parish Council five working days of any task order that is given out. No assignments can be made for design engineering services, to be restricted to the winning engineer.

The foregoing Ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

And the Ordinance was declared adopted this 8th day of April 2002, to become effective five (5) days after this publication in the Official Journal.
