RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Councilman Dennis Nuss to the South Central Louisiana Solid Waste District.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA SOLID WASTE DISTRICT; due to the expiration of the term of Councilman Clayton "Snookie" Faucheux on January 14, 2008 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Councilman Dennis Nuss, P. O. Box 302, Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA SOLID WASTE DISTRICT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective JANUARY 14, 2008 and shall expire JANUARY 9, 2012 .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

And the resolution was declared adopted this 28th day of January , 2008, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
