Title
An ordinance approving an Act of Sale, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", by William Pecoraro, et al to St. Charles Parish for the Mississippi River Sub-Aqueous Crossing Project.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish is in need of the property described in said Act of Sale attached hereto as Exhibit "A", for the construction of Crossing No.2 for the Mississippi River Sub-Aqueous Crossing project; and
WHEREAS, William Pecoraro, et al have agreed to sell to St. Charles Parish said property for the price and sum of $12,000.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the Act of Sale attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" by William Pecoraro, et al to St. Charles Parish is hereby authorized and the St. Charles Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Sale.
