IN   RECOGNITION

WHEREAS,                     Brianna Marie Andras is a resident of Lafourche Parish residing in Chackbay, Louisiana with her parents Craig and Melissa Andras and her brother Tylon; and,

WHEREAS,                     on August 7, 2016, Brianna was crowned the 10^th Teen Miss Festival of Charities Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held at the American Legion Hall in St. Rose.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
